Michael O'Brien is a professional magician and magic instructor with over 10 years of experience. Michael is equipped with more than enough knowledge and skill to teach magicians of all ages and skill levels ranging from beginners to advanced. 

​Michael specializes in close-up magic including: Cards, Coins, Sponge Balls, Cups and Balls, Chinese Linking Rings, Mentalism, and more! Along with magic technique, Michael also teaches magic theory, performance, and even how to market yourself as a professional! Choose from a variety of original material and tricks created by Michael himself, or allow Michael to help you with a trick you are already learning!
What do I need to know about Michael's Magic Lessons & Lectures?
  • Lessons are perfect for everyone including beginners who just want to get started to professionals looking to add new magic or presentations to their existing act!
  • Lessons can be 1-on-1 or  done in a group (Lecture).
  • 1-on1 Lessons are $100 per hour. Book 5 hours, get the 6th FREE!
  • Group lessons are $30 per person per hour for groups of 3 to 9 people.
  • Groups of 10 or more people are considered "Lectures" and are a flat rate of $300 per hour.
  • Michael has plenty of experience teaching children as young as 6 years old!
  • Lessons may be done via Skype/Zoom.​
  • Learn ORIGINAL tricks created by Michael, or get help with your own trick that you are currently working on!
  • Along with magic tricks, Michael also teaches magic theory, gives performance tips, and can even teach you how to market yourself as a professional!
  • You will have FUN and learn something new each lesson.​
