What exactly is a brand and why is it important to create one? The short answer is to generate recognizability for your audience. Usually it takes people around 3 times of being exposed to you or your content before they even remember who you are. Branding is the best way to make yourself stand out and memorable to your audience. So what are some of the best ways to create your brand?

1. Create a strong logo: Some of the most recognized brands in the world have strong logos. Take McDonalds and Coca cola for example. Simple designs and color schemes yet easily recognizable. Daniel Madison achieves this same brand logo by using an M design on his cards.

2. Brand your look: When you walk into a fast food place like Taco Bell for example, you may notice certain patters or color schemes. You begin to associate this look with this particular restaurant. McDonalds has gone through a major brand change lately.
